Delivery across continental U.S. only. (Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes and APO Addresses are excluded.)
We carefully choose the delivery service that is best to ensure that your order is delivered in premium condition. Orders are shipped from our fabrication facility and warehouse by either UPS Ground, FedEX Ground, or Common Carrier. Most of our kitchen cabinets are shipped using a common carrier due to the size of the cabinets and to protect against damage. Shipping and handling fees will be charged based on shipment weight/volume, delivery destination, and retail value of order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange an exchange or refund of your unused item. Please make sure to keep your packing slip and return the item in its original packaging. Eagle Cabinetry will not assume the transportation charges for any items returned by freight, Common Carrier, UPS, USPS or other unless specifically agreed upon beforehand with an Eagle Cabinetry representative. |
